At the WJCC, being the heart of the community means bringing families together for fun, recreation, and connection in a safe and welcoming environment.

Established in 1947 by the Windsor Junction Athletics Association through the generous
donation of land from local families — including the Stephens, McNearney, and
MacGuire families — WJCC has grown into a cherished summer gathering place.
Today, the Centre offers ball fields, a supervised waterfront, summer day camp, swim programming, and a newly expanded clubhouse.

WJCC proudly serves families in Windsor Junction, Lakeview, and Fall River and
operates as a community-run, volunteer-led organization. Our programs and
facilities are made possible through the dedication of volunteers, seasonal staff, and partnerships within the community.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

WJCC is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment where children and families feel safe and supported. We recognize that every child and family is unique, and we encourage open communication so we can work together to create positive experiences for all participants.

While our programs may not be able to meet every need, we are always open to
conversation and strive to support inclusion wherever possible within our capacity as a community-run organization.

Community Partnerships

The Windsor Junction Community Centre works in partnership with the LWF
Ratepayers Association
and LWF Baseball to support recreation and programming in our community.
