Summer Day Camp
WJCC Day Camp offers a full day of games, activities, crafts, singing, and dancing.
Campers spend their afternoons outdoors enjoying swimming, building sandcastles, and free play at the lake.
Day camp provides children opportunity to:
Camp Structure and Supervision
– Campers are grouped by age for many activities
– Children are supervised by trained staff throughout the day
– All campers must be signed in and out daily by a parent or designated guardian
If your child may require additional support to participate in day camp, we encourage families to contact us in advance at wjcc.camp@gmail.com so we can discuss how best to support your child’s participation.
Age Requirements
To attend WJCC Day camp, children must:
– Be 5 years old by December 31 of the year before camp
– Meet HRCE age requirements for Primary
– Be able to dress themselves and use the washroom independently
Children may attend until they are 12 years old by December 31 of the year before
camp, which is equivalent to having completed Grade 7.
